🗣 Description

This pull request drops the installation of tarrell13/Auto-Egress-Assess and adds installation of asmtlab/BoundaryIssues.

💭 Motivation and context

Auto-Egress-Assess has been retired in favor of BoundaryIssues.

🧪 Testing

All automated tests pass.
