🐛 Summary

When importing a ScubaResults.json that has very similar Conditional Access polices, the analyzer selected both when only one should be selected at any time and use can choose to change it.

Steps to reproduce

1. create two policies very similar (eg AAD.3.1v1 and AAD 3.6v1) with exclusions but make them incorrect
2. Run Invoke-Scuba -ProductName aad
3. Launch Start-ScubaConfigAnalyzer
4. Import Scubaresults
5. review results

Expected behavior

While both could be shown, best match or in use should only be selected for one.
