bruc3van 导览站分类纠正 PR #112 已合并：条目从 catalog/media-vision.md 挪至 catalog/agents-workflows.md（"Visual" 指 DAG 画布而非图像视觉）。 README 徽标原链向 media-vision 分册，现同步改指新分册，避免错链。

README.md / README.en.md 第 14 行「已被 awesome-dsh-plugin 收录」徽标的链接从
media-vision.md分册改为agents-workflows.md分册，与新分类保持一致。验证
