Let scripts confirm terminal supply logout before stopping

Required-supply failures can cancel a script's scheduler while the bank is still closing or logout is only requested. The owning script then cannot finish that logout or defer its shortage notification until the player is actually logged out.

Add an opt-in Rs2InventorySetup.withMissingSupplyHandler callback, a single-step Rs2Player.logoutWithoutAutoLoginStep, and TerminalLogoutPrompt to retain the owning loop until confirmed logout and one notification. Microbot.supplyMessage formats shortages consistently. The existing loader behavior remains the default without a handler.

The new step runs off the client thread, reads game state through ClientThread, and confirms logout only on LOGIN_SCREEN. Loading, hopping, connection loss and login/authenticator transitions stay pending. A prompt arms Auto Login suppression once across retries so explicit script/Auto Login restarts are not repeatedly re-blocked. Existing ordinary logout, breaks, hops and the suppression state machine are unchanged.

This branch is based solely on current public development. It contains the helper API, tests and entity-guide note; no private mouse/Inventory Setup changes or boss plugin source.

Validation: public client assembly passed; 22 focused tests passed with zero failures/errors/skips across the client-thread guardrail, default and opt-in loader policy, strict logout confirmation, one-time suppression and Auto Login lifecycle. No safety baseline changes. Full Linux CI passed on the updated head, including the new logout-state and one-request tests. The previous full macOS run had only six socket temp-path failures and one platform-specific Shift glyph assertion in untouched tests; the new focused checks pass. No new live logout test.

Dependent Hub PR: chsami/Microbot-Hub#597. Official 2.6.31 does not yet expose this API; the Hub feature remains draft until a client release contains it. Startup-only fix chsami/Microbot-Hub#596 is independent.

Maintainer follow-up (6209ab9): loadEquipment now returns false after the first missing gear row whenever a missing-supply handler is set, matching the inventory paths. Before this, a handler with the default PAUSE_ALL_SCRIPTS policy fell through to continue, so the loader kept equipping the remaining gear and called the handler again for every other missing row while the owning script ran its terminal logout. InventorySetupTerminalOwnerTest.handlerWithDefaultPolicyStopsEquipmentLoadAtFirstMissingGear covers this and fails without the fix. Full :client:runUnitTests passed on this head merged with current development (2329 tests, 0 failures, 2 skipped). No live test: the changed branch only runs during supply loading.
