Bumps the github-app-playground Helm chart to track upstream patch release v1.11.1.

• appVersion: 1.11.0 → 1.11.1

Upstream change

• fix(tracking-mirror): idempotent setState with marker-based orphan adoption (upstream #109 / #111)
  • Embeds a hidden <!-- workflow-run:{id} --> marker in every tracking-comment body, then adopts pre-existing marker comments and reconciles duplicates after create.
  • Eliminates duplicate tracking comments caused by octokit plugin-retry silently re-POSTing createComment on transient 5xx after the upstream had already committed the comment.

Surface impact

None. Internal logic change only — no chart values, env vars, or template surface changes.
