…e keys rename_instance matched source case-sensitively, so pre-normalization title-cased rows were skipped — leaving a ghost instance after a rename (observed as doubled Radarr/Sonarr). Match lower(source). Also key the InstancesPage per-instance status maps by service:name so a name shared across services doesn't collide.
A webhook used by both the global error channel (failure->ALL) and a module (success) collapsed to modules=[ALL] with both events, broadcasting success to every module. Split into failure->ALL + success->scoped.
