按完整日期和国区时区识别当日签到状态，避免隐藏旧推广造成剩余积分误判并跳过重复签到请求；签到失败时保留错误并继续后续独立任务，按实际余额变化记录积分，将失败状态传递到账户统计、日志解析、单进程及集群汇总和退出码。

本地 28 项单元测试、类型检查、ESLint 和全量格式检查均已通过，当前 CI 为 action_required，尚未启动检查作业，请维护者批准运行。

fix: 调和 #60 与 #62 的签到语义冲突并修复测试契约

- DailyCheckIn.doDailyCheckIn 显式返回布尔（无令牌/已完成→false，确认成功→true），
  保留 #62 的未确认抛错语义与 #60 的 markExecuted 计数
- index.ts runDailyCheckIn 包装：已尝试执行（含失败）计为干活保留间隔，
  失败状态仍传递至最终汇总
- 测试 mock 对齐生产契约（didExecute 包装 + 干活返回 true），
  workerGaps 签到用例适配「未确认即抛错」的合并语义
- 四套功能测试 180/180 通过；logParser 1/8 为合并前存量脱节
