ESPHome component for MLX90640 thermal camera

This project is forked from https://github.com/Chill-Division/M5Stack-ESPHome with modifications to make it to work under ESP-IDF.

Thermal image is available at http://your_device.local/thermal-camera.

Important changes:

• Dependency on ESP32 and Arduino framework is removed. It should work on any ESPHome capable devices that support I2C.
• No longer write an image to flash for every update.
• Component is now called mlx90640.
• i2c is configure outside of the component.
• median_temperature sensor is removed.
• filter_level are refresh_rate are removed.
