Validation completed on commit 0d140bf:

• Security: removed unused cz-conventional-changelog tooling and its stale transitive graph; added narrow same-major overrides for affected transitive ranges. pnpm audit --audit-level low reports no known vulnerabilities.
• Local CI-equivalent checks: lint, production build, and all 359 unit tests pass.
• Desktop Obsidian 1.12.7: plugin reload/liveness passed; runtime error log was clean. Full isolated E2E result was 104 passed, 1 skipped, 3 failed. The same three multi-value failures reproduced on the runtime-byte-identical action-only PR, with no additional failures here, so they are baseline/Linux harness issues rather than this dependency update.
• Mobile OMD with Obsidian 1.12.7: verified APK SHA-256 and v2 signature, signer identity, loopback-only ADB, Android app UID sandbox, multiprocess WebView, and stable CDP. MetaEdit 1.10.3 was recognized, enabled, instantiated, reloaded, and passed the bundled core_smoke probe with zero assertion failures. No Android, Obsidian, or WebView crash markers were found.
• Environment disclosure: this host has no KVM. The final OMD run used its digest-pinned, privileged, test-only ReDroid backend with SELinux disabled, then the container and all disposable test data were destroyed.
• GitHub CI, CodeQL, and Dependency Review are green.
