Adds automatic GitHub Pages deployment after the existing production build and browser smoke pass. The deploy job uses the protected github-pages environment with only pages:write and id-token:write permissions.
Also verified develop protection: required pull requests, strict Required CI, admin enforcement, linear history, conversation resolution, and no force-push/deletion.
