Prepare @trychert/sdk 0.3.0 through the existing trusted npm publishing workflow. Python source is 0.3.0, but Python is not published by this release: PyPI remains 0.2.3. Its publishing prerequisites and historical provenance are tracked in #44.

Changed: transcript_not_found responses now expose code transcript_not_found instead of request_failed, including in formatted error text. Consumers must update missing-transcript handlers. The additive serverCode property is documented separately; this release is not described as purely additive.

Includes developer-facing notes for the sixteen commits since v0.2.3, current package/adoption version expectations and explicit service-availability limits. No dependency/export changes or new publish mechanism. Release tarball will be built from the exact merged revision, checked as an isolated consumer, attached with SHA256 to v0.3.0 and published only through the established workflow.

Corrected-head local gates pass: frozen install, typecheck, 526 JavaScript tests, Node/Bun/Deno distribution and isolated package checks, plus 105 Python tests. Two fresh independent exact-head static reviews are clean; both six-language Actions runs pass for 2dd3183. No Python publish, manual token fallback or facetime release.

Two independent read-only exact-head reviews are clean for 2dd3183 against 41b0659. Both verified the corrected Changed-before-Added disclosure: request_failed becomes transcript_not_found, formatted text changes, and consumers must update handlers. Neither found a further public-surface objection. Artifact/version/whitelist/adoption checks are clean; Python source 0.3.0 stays unpublished with PyPI 0.2.3. These are agent static reviews, not GitHub approvals or test execution.
