Developers can now select a recommended issue and inspect a source-linked investigation brief. The API retrieves the issue, a bounded comment sample and repository guidance links, while Angular displays collection time, missing-evidence warnings and escaped source text.
Adds POST /api/v1/repositories/investigation, strict input validation, a public-repository check, same-repository guidance links, citation IDs, and stale-response protection. This phase is deterministic; it does not claim LLM generation, code diagnosis, vector retrieval or RAG benchmark results.
Validation: 23 backend tests and 10 frontend tests passed; production build passed. Browser verification against cheerstopriya/authdrift issue #4 confirmed the full discovery-to-investigation flow and source links. CI now runs backend tests, frontend tests and build.
