Adds --color=[auto|always]. Forces the renderer profile to TrueColor when color=always
Covers flag parsing, `shouldUseNoTTYStyle`, `resolveStyleForColorMode` and `validateColorMode`

This seems to work well for preserving style and color when piped.
I did my best with the tests, hopefully it's not too iffy.
