chore(ci): drop debug steps now that auto-publish works - #12
Conversation
v1.0.8 published successfully with provenance via OIDC trusted publishing. The 'Verify OIDC claims sent to npm' and 'Show .npmrc state' debug steps plus --loglevel=verbose were diagnostic only. Workflow is clean now.

v1.0.8 published successfully on the previous master run with OIDC + provenance. The diagnostic steps that surfaced the 'trust config not saved' issue (OIDC claims decoder, .npmrc inspection, verbose npm log) can come out. Git history preserves them if we ever need them back.
