.github/workflows/autovendor.yml uses actions/upload-artifact@v3 (and checkout@v3), which GitHub now hard-fails at job setup. Red on main on every push since at least 2026-06. Bump to v4 like rpm-ostree's autovendor.yml; consider adding a dependabot github-actions config.
