bootc: add integration test pulling a zstd:chunked image (composefs backend) #3

bootc#2408: composefs backend failed to pull zstd:chunked images; fixed in composefs-rs#381 (bootc main pins v0.9.2) but nothing tests it. Add a tmt/integration test that pushes a zstd:chunked image (podman push --compression-format zstd:chunked to a local registry or oci dir) and upgrades/switches to it on the composefs backend.

Per cgwalters' answer on tracker#238 (D2): the tmt test-number conflict will go away rather than be worked around by renumbering. The prep PR cgwalters-forge/bootc#41 drops test numbers (tests and plans are named by slug) and generates one tmt file per test and plan. Once it merges, this rebases onto it, dropping its
