Remote runs all land on whichever pool the calling repository's variables name, so one subscription is spent while the other idles. dispatch --backend agentic-job now takes --pool claude|openai|auto|none and, by default, asks the readings bot-capacity paces for the pool with the most room (what its pace allows now minus what it has used), and says which it chose and why in one line. The pool input is only sent when dispatch.yml on the caller's default branch declares it, so a caller that has not grown the input yet is dispatched exactly as before; an explicit pool for such a caller is refused rather than dropped. A pool without a reading never beats one with a reading, and with neither the dispatch sends no pool. Part of cgwalters-forge/tracker#514. Generated-by: AI
