The loop now polls notifications every minute and wakes as `news, fast` for the operator's comment on a tracked thread, but the coordinator skill still said it only read the events feed every 3 minutes, so a coordinator woken that way had nothing telling it to read the linked comment and act on it. The implementation this branch originally carried landed separately in "poll: Wake promptly for operator comments on active threads"; only the skill text is left. Rebased onto main, where #183 landed the notifications fast path itself (a later attempt of the same agent run). What is left here is the coordinator skill's description of the loop: it polls notifications every minute and wakes as
news, fastwith the operator's comment URL, where the skill still described only a 3-minute events read. For cgwalters-forge/tracker#468.The conflicting files (
bin/bot-poll-loop,bin/poll-notifications.sh,docs/scheduled-dispatcher.md,tests/bot-poll-loop.sh) were resolved to main's version, so this branch's shell implementation and itsgonetest case are dropped; main'spoll-notifications.jsalready skips 404/410/451 reads and retries other failures with backoff.Docs-only now; tests are this PR's CI. Not critical.
