Note that git pr-land publishes its merge in the watch protocol - #160

Conversation
Summary The documented gaps say a merge through another tool forgets nothing until a watcher reports the pull request merged. git-tools' `git pr-land` now runs a one-shot `git pr-watch` right after its merge, which publishes the merged result, so a landing through it satisfies the obligation without another watcher run. - docs/watch-protocol.md: name `git pr-land` in that gap and say it publishes the merged result itself. - Behavior change: none; documentation only. Testing - `test/suites/manpage-test`: pass (docs wording not pinned).
