did some minor changes with the main goal to have full automated process without GUI like msg boxes/open file dialogs...
Also tested on themida ver 3.1.4.18
both 32 & 64 bits
works well, but dumped x64 binary does not start :)
PS remoed obj/ dir as this is temp file storage
also I suggest to remove de4dot binaries - those could be found freely over internet...
