What changed

  • adds a composite GitHub Action for the existing deterministic SchemaShield preflight
  • exposes risk, breaking-change, merge-block and run-id outputs
  • generates a truthful workflow summary and the seven existing review artifacts
  • validates workspace-relative paths and configurable failure thresholds
  • adds an action smoke workflow and focused tests

Why

This turns the existing schema-drift engine into a no-credential pull-request guard that data teams can adopt directly from GitHub. It creates a new discovery and distribution surface without requiring a live DataHub connection or paid service.

Validation

  • npm test: 25/25 passing
  • npm run build: successful
  • git diff --check: clean

The action remains explicitly labeled OFFLINE SNAPSHOT — NO LIVE DATAHUB WRITEBACK; it performs no catalog mutation.
