This submission introduces the basic architectural scaffolding for WOFF2 font support. It includes the necessary files, classes, and function signatures for a WOFF2 parser, engine, and transformer, as well as the initial structure for Brotli decompression. The core implementation is not yet complete.

This commit introduces the basic architectural scaffolding for WOFF2 font support. It includes the necessary files, classes, and function signatures for a WOFF2 parser, engine, and transformer, as well as the initial structure for Brotli decompression.

The core implementation of Brotli decompression and WOFF2 table transformations is not yet complete and will be addressed in a future commit. The current implementation provides a solid foundation for building out the full WOFF2 support.
