Thanks for the contribution! I checked this seed with the verifypeer handshake tool (#550), retried 3× with a 15s timeout:

  status: unreachable — handshake: EOF

Port 443 closes the connection during the CometBFT P2P handshake (it looks like an HTTPS endpoint rather than a P2P listener), so the node ID can't be authenticated. Closing for now — please reopen with a reachable P2P address and I'll re-verify.
