v1.1 - F02DC 0x03 payload fix

Changes

• Fix: F02DC reader no longer fails when card UID contains 0x03 byte
  • Switched from sentinel-based to length-based frame termination
  • Payloads with arbitrary binary data now handled correctly
• Fix: RDM6300 return statement typo
• Improvement: Better error messages with hex frame dump for debugging
