Add a premium, self-contained single-page marketing site under web/ (no build step): hero with live config preview, feature grid, how-it-works steps, config + workflow showcases, use-case links, an open-source section, and a CTA. Vanilla HTML/CSS/JS with light/dark themes, scroll reveals, copy-to-clipboard, a strict CSP via _headers, favicon, and an OG image. Includes deploy instructions (production branch web-app, output dir web). Add .github/workflows/deploy-web.yml (on the web-app branch): on every push touching web/, upload the static site to a Cloudflare Pages "Direct Upload" project via cloudflare/wrangler-action, and print the deployment URL to the job summary. Concurrency-guarded and manually dispatchable. Document the one-time setup (project + CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN/CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID secrets) and the Git-integration alternative in web/README.md. Cloudflare Pages is set up via the dashboard Git integration, which deploys on every push to web-app. Remove deploy-web.yml (it would double-deploy) and update web/README.md to document the Git-integration setup as the single deploy path.
