README cut from 450 to 127 lines: pitch, three usage modes with real terminal shots, performance, JSON contract + viewer. Everything removed moved to its canonical home first: the book gains predicate-syntax and CLI reference pages plus ci-gating additions, the IN divergence moves into semantics.md, the old limitations dissolve into the contract. VISION records the 0.7.0 milestone.
