Added support to compile with PellesC.
Fixed minimum double value overflow and added project dependencies.

Added support to compile with PellesC.
Modified some conditional compilation to fit, and added PellesC IDE project files.
The IDE project will build static libraries for Win32 and Win64, and 32/64 flavours of the main example.
