test(engine): add active context cancellation tests for zero goroutine leaks

What: Added active context cancellation tests for port scanning and discovery functions (MAC, DNS, Ping).
Why: Milestone 5 requires statistical proof that residual TCP requests are destroyed immediately on context.Canceled with no goroutine leaks.
Impact: Guarantees zero resource leakage on scan abortion.
Measurement: Goroutine delta <= 3 assertions in all tests via runtime.NumGoroutine().
