Extends the
globalsection insettings.jsonto support all shared flags (expiry-warning,output,cacert,revocation,revocation-timeout,revocation-soft-fail,no-color,quiet). Subcommand sections (client,pem) can override any global value. Precedence: CLI args > subcommand config > global config > built-in defaults.
