Microsoft 365 and infrastructure engineer working in IT since 2012, based in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Casco Digital, founded in 2025, is my managed IT services company. This account holds the tools I built for that work: PowerShell for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, security reporting for small-business clients, and self-hosted automation.

m365-admin-toolkit: PowerShell scripts for the gaps the admin portals leave open. It correlates trace and quarantine data by MessageId, finds inbox rules that never run, diagnoses mailboxes whose archive is not freeing space, and resets Teams or the new Outlook with a plan-then-apply step. Scripts that change state simulate first by default.
m365-report: a monthly health and security report for each Microsoft 365 tenant, built on Graph REST with app-only authentication. It never shows a number it did not measure.
BananaPhone: desktop dictation for IT support. It turns speech in Portuguese, Spanish or English into polished text and Jira notes, and coaches the language you are still learning. Runs on cloud models or fully offline with Ollama and Whisper.
