This repository contains the code that was used to analyze the GSE210077 dataset. This dataset contains snRNAseq data of liver samples from healthy men and women, and was re-analyzed to confirm sex-dependent differences that were found in murine models. As of the moment of publishing this repository, the results obtained with this code are in ways of academic publication (Cuño-Gómiz et al., 2026), and the provided code is intended to be used as part of the "Methods" sections of a doctoral thesis (Carlos Cuño-Gómiz, 2026).
The GSE210077 dataset was produced by Alan Mullen's group (PMID: 39747812) and is available at Gene Expression Omnibus website (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE210077). This code is sufficient to perform the analysis from the RAW data that is publicly available, and was created with the goal of replicating the analysis pipeline from the original authors.
