feat: show referral fee discount

Summary

• Add value tooltip support to LabelValue.
• Show fee breakdown details from the New Order fee amount.
• Include the referral discount by comparing the configured base fee with the current market fee.

Tests

• Ran git diff --check.

Note: I could not run the full npm build locally because npm is not installed in this environment.
