Alright, I need to fix the Welcome Modal component so that it displays a bridge and instructions correctly without using any external libraries. The previous code had a lot of state management, but now I only need to show the bridge and instructions when the wallet is connected. I'll create a React component that uses the provided hooks to handle the bridge connection and display the necessary information.
