chore: use default values for github runners in test workflow - #1197

Remove self-hosted runner parameters (self-hosted-runner and self-hosted-runner-label) from the test workflow as they are not needed for GitHub runners. The workflow will now use the default runners with Ubuntu 24.04 base. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
