替换其中的ops接口为mint接口。
部分文件无需修改。
保留ops中的ops.AllReduce、ops.AlltoAll、 ops.ReduceOp.SUM、ops.Split、ops.assign_sub、ops.assign
测试环境：
ms2.7.1-cann8.2rc1
Ascend: 1*ascend-snt9b1|ARM: 24核 192GB
