基于MindSpore2.7.1版本更新。
替换其中的ops接口为mint接口。
mint中没有repeat_elements，6_seq2seq.ipynb中保留ops.repeat_elements
2_deep-rnn.ipynb，3_bi-rnn.ipynb，4_machine-translation-and-dataset.ipynb原文件可跑通，无需修改
测试环境：
ms2.7.1-cann8.2rc1
Ascend: 1*ascend-snt9b1|ARM: 24核 192GB
