基于MindSpore2.7.1版本更新。
替换其中的ops接口为mint接口。
包含 on_value 和 off_value 参数的版本的ops.one_hot 在 mint 模块中没有替代接口，5_rnn-scratch.ipynb和6_rnn-concise.ipynb中保留ops.one_hot
2_text-preprocessing.ipynb和3_language-models-and-dataset.ipynb原文件可跑通，无需修改
测试环境：
ms2.7.1-cann8.2rc1
Ascend: 1*ascend-snt9b1|ARM: 24核 192GB
