Adds an online community category creation and image management tool, enabling users to create, fetch, edit, and share custom categories with images, replacing the local
manual_cleaner.pyworkflow.This PR introduces a full-fledged community feature, allowing users to define new categories, provide examples, search and edit images (with inpainting for text removal), and store them in Supabase. Categories are publicly browsable and votable, with a mobile-responsive interface.
