What this PR does / why we need it:

• Add bankAccountNumber to kyc-match.yaml as a property. By making it possible to verify the bank account number, API Consumer can reach at a higher level of assurance that the end user is the cotnracct owner.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Special notes for reviewers:

• The proposed bankAccountNumber property is a string type, so, a maxLength needs to be specified. This should be aligned with Alignment with Guidelines and linting rules for OWASP API Security Top 10 #71 / Alignment with Guidelines and linting rules for OWASP API Security  #72 .
