• Updated files in code/common/ to match Commonalities r4.3
• Added/updated .sync-manifest.yaml with file integrity hashes

Thanks, @GillesInnov35 , for your approval. Yes, we have had 0 errors, same as KYC Match, so we can merge this PR now, and then we will have to sort 43 warnings & 21 hints out.
