CaltechDATA on InvenioRDM v13.1

This major release modernizes CaltechDATA to InvenioRDM v13.1. It includes all of the improvements that have been added between v9 and v13. UV is used as the python installation layer. It also includes an Open Storage Network integration in both the storage layer and linking.

Production changes and documentation

This release includes a number of small production changes including email notices, identifiers, and facets. It includes new documentation for our instance and InvenioRDM in general. There are also some new scripts to change record owners, clear stuck uploads, and refresh record metadata.

Initial InvenioRDM Implementation of CaltechDATA

This is Caltech Library's initial implementation of the CaltechDATA institutional repository, based on InvenioRDM version 9.1. It includes custom branding and vocabularies, Shibboleth login, and a host of other customizations.
