Removes
scripts/debug-container.sh, an undocumented local Docker debug helper with no callers in tracked source, CI, Make targets, Compose, Helm, or current documentation. The script was introduced as a side commit in #1716 and has not changed since.Related: #2444 (reference only; does not close).
