docs: add Calibrated Evaluation Foundry section to README - #4

The Foundry (apps/trust/py/src/trust/forge/) had no mention in the root README despite being the largest research thread in the repo — the ARC-AGI-3 benchmark-construction reproduction plus 6 parameter studies (S1-S6) and 3 real-model runs (DeepSeek RHAE, contamination probe, judge-ladder budget). Adds a findings table with real numbers and links out to the full writeup (docs/blog-eval-foundry.md) and build history (docs/HANDOFF.md) rather than duplicating them. Also lists the Foundry's own evidence artifacts alongside the existing "Validate a claim" section. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
