强化 Chat 区 solid-glass 与历史栏分隔；Raw API 共用账号/模型 CompactSelect，并用 FilterToggle 在 Chat / Messages / Responses 间切换（复用 overview.access 路径与 buildRawPayload / testRawApi）。

Access（接入与调试）页对比度更清晰；Raw API 与 Chat 共用账号/模型，并可在 Chat Completions / Anthropic Messages / OpenAI Responses 三种已有公开端点间切换。未部署、未发版。
为什么
.card）与bg-surface-secondary对齐控制台其余卡片。overview.access，应复用而非另开 API。改动
CompactSelect；composer well 用card … bg-surfaceborder-separator/70+bg-surface-secondarycard … bg-surfaceRawApiFormat、buildRawPayload、testRawApi（POST/v1/*）；Chat 流式仍走streamChatrawFormat*文案npm run sync嵌入未做（按约定）

frontend:npm run lint（仅既有 warning）、npm run build、npm run sync通过
