This PR copies the GitHub Release body under
## 0.7.15and deletes only thechangelog/unreleased/files that existed at0c4eaffbe32e8d7b7aa9a09c490750603ac31e54. Fragments added after the tag stay unpublished.Merge this PR. Do not re-run
