When a pull request changes existing code, mention previous authors in a reviewer suggestion comment using the same git-blame action and settings as devenv: up to three reviewers with a 20% threshold, on PR open and update.
Use
pull_request_targetso comments also work for fork PRs. Check out only the base commit with full history and without persisted credentials, pin both actions to commit SHAs, and grant only contents read and pull requests write permissions.Validation: actionlint and git diff --check passed; commit hooks passed (Rust checks skipped because no Rust files changed).
