Document version selection through the installer URL:

/v{version}tohttps://github.com/cachix/secretspec/releases/download/v{version}/secretspec-installer.sh, retaining the exact/route to the latest release. The literalvprefix prevents the version route from matching an empty version at root. The release guide explains why the unprefixed pattern must not be retained.Each URL fetches the selected release's existing installer, preserving its platform detection, checksums, updater, and receipt. This is a gateway feature and does not require a new CLI release.
secretspec-updatestill updates to latest.Updates the README, quick start, changelog, and release guide. No generated installer, cargo-dist configuration, or release workflow changes are needed. The Scarf routes have been activated and verified.

Validation:
