Fixes #1102

Replace panic-prone .unwrap() calls with proper error handling in OpenSSL certificate pair initialization.

Changes:

• cert_pair.rs: 4 unwrap() calls replaced
• tlcp_cert_pair.rs: 7 unwrap() calls replaced
• Fixed copy-paste error in error messages
