This a python coding test in Neuro-informatics.
It contains two exercices :
-Download files from a Dropbox repository and edit a csv file using pandas
-Do the registration of a NIFTI image using ANTS from pnlbwh conda channel to get the volume of specific brain regions and use web scrapping to get the look up table of the labels from FreeSurfer
Install all packages from project
Execute .ipynb code
