UI Improvements

Code is as it is just added bootstrap classes so as to make a better interface. The interface is like Google search page having a search bar in center and a table of results below it in the table. The further improvement is still going, the pull request is to give it a start for better UI for the application

Thanks @NirmalKumarJoshi. With those changes it would certainly start to look better. I would like to see these things

• I would like to see the "Buzzbang Search" title more prominent - larger and centred. Eventually this will be replaced by a logo.
• The about link no longer goes to the about page.
• For the results, I would like to see individual search results in boxes, along the line of information boxes you see in Google results, like that returned by a search for 'gsoc'.

We don't have instances or 'people also search for' yet, but the title could go up the top, with description below and then the properties type, keywords, etc, in left justified key:value pairs as shown in the Google box. What do you think?
